The proposal integrates architecture, interior design, and project management services (PMS) under a comprehensive turn-key scope.

Architecturally, the design draws inspiration from the dynamic urban fabric of Delhi—merging modern geometry with subtle cultural references. The building massing and façade treatment are carefully articulated to create a striking yet timeless identity, using a combination of glass, stone, and metal to achieve a balance between transparency, texture, and elegance.
